Do I need pool experience?

Not for a route technician role. We train you on our ten-step visit, water chemistry, and equipment, and we pay for your CPO certification. Repair technicians should have hands-on experience with pumps, motors, and plumbing.

What are the hours?

Route techs typically work Monday through Friday, starting around 7 a.m. and finishing early afternoon. Summer weeks run longer; winter weeks run shorter. Weekends are rare and paid extra.

Is there a company vehicle?

Yes. Every tech drives a company truck stocked with chemicals and tools. You need a clean driving record and a valid Florida license.

What does the hiring process look like?
