How long does it take to clear a green pool?

Most green pools are clear within 3 to 5 days once treatment starts. Heavy black algae or a pool that has sat for months can take longer, and a drain-and-clean is sometimes faster and cheaper than weeks of chemicals. We tell you which before we start.

How much does green pool cleanup cost?

It depends on how green the water is, the pool size, and whether the filter needs cleaning or the pool needs draining. Send us a few photos and we will quote it the same day — free, and the price does not change once we start.

Can you save the water or does it need to be drained?

Usually we can save it. Draining is reserved for pools with severe black algae, very high stabilizer, or debris that has been sitting for months. If a drain-and-clean is the better option, we explain why and price both.
